Bo Bo Ecological Tourism Resort is a tourism point next to Danang city, far form Danang 9km in the South - West South and nearly being middle point of tourism resorts such as Hoi An ancient town, My Son Holy land, Ba Na tourism resort, with convenient transportation system, about 30 minutes on auto if departing from the center of Danang city... so, it's very convenient for tourists in and out of the country while joining tours to the above points...
Bo Bo Ecological Tourism Resort is also a tourism point nearby National Road No 14, is West-East corridor joining Danang and Laos and East-North Thailand, is on Lien Chieu - Dung Quat planned line and road from Danang to My Son, and tourism line to visit the World Culture Heritages.

Bo Bo Ecological Tourism Resort has been built into distinct functional areas:
Bamboo Museum Area, is at the foot of Bo Bo hill, a land for bamboo planting to have a quiet space and suiting to the said subject. Museum shows living devices made of rattan, bamboo... and there is factory to manufacture, sell souvenirs by these materials. Tourists come to visit, meet, study and learn about many different kinds of Vietnam bamboo which concentrated in Vietnam Bamboo Museum, survey tendencies of studying for bamboo in the world and it is a point of bamboo conference in Vietnam.
Vietnam Culture Village Area, concentrated along river bank with idea to make a mock-up countryside with garden and field, flower village and symbolic constructions: village temples, clan temples, lotus lake, countryside market, blue canal, Banyan tree, river wharf, ferry... specially to reappear civilization of wet rice, Vietnam countryside village.
Cock field area: is a center of professional cock fighting game, holding popular games such as cock fighting, feeding and taking care cock with pleasure house and other services... at a large scale for serving tourists in and out of country who have requirement and interesting in cock fighting.

1. Actual situation:
Con Bap Ecological Tourism Resort is a tourist point, which belonged to Hoi An town, far from ancient town center about 500m. Hoi An ancient town region is a famous tourist point, which has been known and been "The world cultural heritage", approved by UNESCO in December 1999. So, Tourism and Services work in this ancient town are developed fast. Today, Hoi An has been being built to be the Cultural - Tourist city which has strong attractiveness of the Central Vietnam, of the country and International, and it has been upgraded to City level III and been also tourist city belonged to the province. And besides that, cultural heritages are always jointed to sea tourism resources in the General of Tourism Center of the Central Vietnam: Hue - Danang - HoiAn, this is the chance of Hoi An to have capacity to develop strongly about tourism and services, attracting very many tourists, especially foreigners.
Tourists coming to Hoi An will come to Con Bap as a concentrated point of community activities, culture exchange, entertainment in a fresh ecological space with combining harmoniously specification of Hoi An and countries who had relation of culture, commerce with Hoi An 30 years ago. And, tourists can easily learn about cultural meal life with special disks of Hoi An ancient town - Quang Nam and especially in restaurants of Asian - European - and Asean...

2. Main content :
a. Form:
Next to entrance gate, there is a nice bridge, which built as ancient model crossing a small blue river. This bridge will have nice architecture to be the symbol of Con Bap Ecological Tourism Resort, and next is car park. From this point, tourists can walk along to main axle to "Central Square area". This is a monumental and large reception space including water-vomiting stage with bright light to highlight the Central Square; a protocol lounge Vietnamese style to receive and guide tourists coming to Con Bap is in the center of the area. This lounge is joining to the yard by a stone bridge, which will be a central stage serving celebration and also a space for an interested enjoying view. From this point, tourists can look a long sand beach, quay for entertainment and far away, there is the poetic river. There is a Commerce and Services Center for shopping, entertainment. At two sides of main axle, there are low-stage hotels, which have been built as traditional style. There is a center for preservation and maintenance Con Bap Tradition, in this center, handicraft products will be shown to introduce special culture of Hoi An, and there is a "Traditional village area" for showing, producing and selling traditional products of Hoi An, Quang Nam such as lantern and products made by bamboo...
In the right of Central Square, there is "Eastern Square area". This area is served human chess, kite flying and entertainment, activities of community in Asia countries.
In the left of Central Square, there is "Asean cultural meal town" with restaurants as Asean style to serve special food of every area.
Besides Low-stage Hotel and Tradition Village is "Sport area" with tennis court and others.
Next to meal town, along Lazy river and branch of Hoai river is "Superior Villa area"; this area has been placed and built with European villa. And this area also has swimming pool with large area, modern, silence and airy space and thorough serving form.
Joining Superior Villa and Lazy River is "Western Square area" with forms of activity, entertainment of European.
One Lazy river - irrigation canal has been built as twisty current rounding areas: Center Square, Western Square, Cultural Meal town, Superior Villa and Sport area. It is 4m wide and 1m deep. These areas join other areas in the precinct by vault bridge with ancient and modern architecture crossing Lazy river. Every tourist while coming to this tourism area will have a sailing boat with his/her name for riding on Lazy river. Lazy river is not only a entertainment way, but also an irrigation canal for corn and vegetable field.
Along Hoai River and at the back of Center areas, Traditional Village, Superior Villa is Sand Square for games on sand, water and also a swimming beach of the tourism area, and it will be a place for view admiring.
The remaining land from Lazy river to branch of Hoai river is "Corn village and ecological area" with 30 to 40 parts for corn and vegetable planting. In every corn area, there are 2 communal houses by wood and with architecture of houses on field in country and with different customs and habits of North - Central - South and Vietnam highland. Inside of this house, modern convenience is installed fully for tourists' enjoyment. Peasants who taking care corn also is trained to be a tour guide to serve cornfield and tourists in these 2 houses.
